Are Serenity Lash Products Cruelty-Free?

At Serenity Lash, we believe beauty should be kind and ethical. That’s why we’re proud to offer a full range of stunning lash products that are not only luxurious but also cruelty-free. Our commitment to compassion means you can use our lash products with peace of mind, knowing that no animals were harmed in the making of our products.

When do you ship liquids?

We do not ship adhesives, primers, bonders, or removers on Thursdays, Fridays, or over the weekend due to temperature control. All orders containing adhesives, primers, bonders, or removers must be placed before 12pm on Wednesdays to be shipped within the same week. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not accept any responsibility for products going off or "expiring" due to hot weather conditions or incorrect storage.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We aim to have all orders packed & shipped within 1-3 days; however, during peak periods, please allow 1-5 days for your order to be shipped. We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday. If your order contains a liquid product, it will be shipped Monday to Wednesday to maintain the quality of the product.

I entered the wrong information for my order, what can I do?

If you have entered the wrong information for your order or need to add an item, please email us at Support@SerenityLash.com.au. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your information or edit your order once the package has been packed or shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email letting you know that it has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive the shipment notification and for the shipping status to be updated.

Do you offer pickup & delivery?

We currently only offer delivery; however, we hope to offer pickup in the future. If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know at Sales@SerenityLash.com.au.

What is the shelf life for the liquids?

Serene & Divine Adhesive: Opened 4-8 weeks if stored correctly. Unopened 3 months if stored correctly. Primers & Bonders: Once opened 6-8 months, Unopened 1 year. Rinse & Restore Remover: Store in a cool, dry place and replace every 6-12 months.

What is your return and exchange policy?

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.
